Beretta Cougar 8000 Pre-Ban High-Capacity Factory Magazines

Compared to after-market magazines, the metal is thicker and heavier, the spring is stiffer, and the tolerances are precise. When loaded, these do not rattle like those cheap after-market magazines. Beretta makes some of the finest guns available, and they certainly know how to make the finest most reliable magazines for those guns.

All Beretta owners should have at least two or three of these legal high-capacity factory magazines for those critical times, such as for competition or when the gun is kept at bedside for defense. I'll be keeping several for my wife's Beretta Cougar 8000--the same Cougar I use to test the fit and function of the magazines I ship out to you.

The Cougar came out after the high-capacity ban, so there are no pre-ban high-capacity magazines made specifically for the Cougar. Just to be clear, these are PRE-BAN (manufactured prior to the ban of 1994, legal for civilian use) HIGH-CAPACITY (15-round) 9mm Beretta 92 FACTORY magazines that I have precisely milled the box and bottom to also work properly (and legally) in the 9mm Beretta Cougar 8000. All are tested in my own Cougar for fit, drop, and slide lock, and newly exposed metal on the box is blued. They are perfectly legal for US citizens to own.

As you can see, these Mil-Spec Beretta factory magazines are all metal construction--including the plate, bottom, and follower! Beretta made these to military specifications and are MUCH tougher than any after market magazine you might find elsewhere (such as ProMag, USA, and MecGar).

Bottom Succinctly, the factory mil-spec Italian magazines offered here are the absolute highest quality mags that you can find anywhere for your Beretta--there are none finer!

I can modify the magazines for right hand, left hand, or ambidextrous operation. If you have no intention of switching the side that the magazine release button is on your Cougar, then you can save some money by having your magazines modified only for that side. Cougars straight from the factory are normally setup for right hand operation--that's the way mine came.

The used magazines are throughly cleaned, inspected, then tested in my own Beretta for fit, drop, and slide lock--no other dealer cares enough to take the time to do all this. They are in good to very good condition and guaranteed to be exactly as described and to work perfectly in your Beretta. These mags are built to last.

Sorry, sold out.
