The Advanced Ankle Holster has a wide, elastic ankle band with a Velcro adjustment and an opening for an extra magazine or knife. Its synthetic shearling-backed polymer leg panel, as well as its elastic provide a comfortable, close fit. It is and has a reversible and interchangeable holster that can be adjusted for angle and height. It also has an adjustable, reversible ThumBreak strap. This elastic ankle holster also has an adjustable, reversible ThumBreak strap. Sizes are available to fit most pistols and small revolvers. Optional adjustable removable calf strap available.

Interchangeable concealed leg holster inserts make the Advanced Ankle pistol holster ideal for multiple gun ownership.
