We are shooting packages out our door as quick as we can. Most in stock orders are out within a couple business days. Backorders and special orders will take a bit longer, sometimes longer than a bit.

Allow extra time for carrier fumbles, inclement weather, and pesky gremlins. It is currently the busy season, which also slows things down a bit.

Be sure to include your email address at checkout so that our system can send you an immediate confirmation, the carrier can send you the shipping information when shipped, and so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your order. If you don't get the confirmation, call us.

From Southern Illinois, from the day your order leaves our warehouse, Priority Mail averages 2 or 3 business days (see map), and UPS ground 1 to 5 business days (see map). Some orders are drop-shipped direct from the factory and may take a bit longer.

To cut in line, request RUSH5 processing ($5), and DON'T select Parcel Post nor First Class. Express Mail includes RUSH5 and is next day to most US destinations (check here).
